The project has existed for three years, and during this time, the competition has become a real brand and is recognized by watercolor artists all over the world.

The competition combines several essential facets of the contemporary art world.

At all times, Christmas has been a holiday of kindness and light. This light gives people hope and love. Mutual support and tolerance unite people's souls in a single impulse to create pure and light art that knows no boundaries and awakens a reciprocal wave of goodness in the souls of spectators.

The project was a real discovery in difficult times of constraints. More than 500 magnificent works have been collected in the project gallery.

The project was created to provide all participants with the opportunity: to exchange experiences, get acquainted with new products from art materials manufacturers, and, of course, relax and travel to the beautiful city of Gdansk.

But the primary goal of this project is to provide all possible assistance and help to our friends, artists, and needy families from Ukraine.

The project is intended to become a conductor of mutual understanding, kindness, and tolerance between watercolor artists from the most remote corners of our planet. The beauty of our wonderful world has always united artists, regardless of nationality, religion, or political views. The artist's vocation is to bring beauty to this world, being in harmony with nature and with each other. We invited everyone to share their work and remind all spectators and participants of the exhibition how beautiful the world around us is.

Step by Step Gold Edition is a project created by artists for artists. A real gem of the foundation's projects. Kind of the result of the fund's work over two years of existence.

Over the two seasons of the Step by Step project, the foundation's organizers received a total of more than 850 applications, of which were published in the season catalogs, a total of 350 step-by-step works.
